ISEA2011, RHIZOME AND THE ISTANBUL BIENNIAL

There is a good article written on ISEA2011 Istanbul and the Istanbul Biennial in Rhizome, titled Time and Revolution at the 12th Istanbul Biennial and ISEA 2011. The article offers an overview of the ISEA2011 conference. In particular Ceci Moss mentioned that: “Organizing two high profile, international art events at the same time was a wise choice, as it produced an element of synergy between them.”

I remember how complicated it was to arrange the schedule in order to ensure and avoid time conflicts with the Biennial as well as with other international events like Ars Electronica.

Ceci Moss is an excellent writer and the report is a pleasant read.
